Brief Introduction of MBT manufacturer vulcanization accelerator MBT/M 2-mercaptobenzothiazole:Phenolic resin powder is applicable to natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber(Butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, EPDM rubber, nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, etc.) with excellent tackifier.Increase the aging resistance,Widely used in tires, conveyor belt, cable, especially radial tire.
2. Properties of MBT manufacturer vulcanization accelerator MBT/M 2-mercaptobenzothiazole:
It is Light yellow or off-white powder, granules. The relative density is 1.42(20%), the specific gravity is 1.49±0.03, the melting point is above 180.02~181.7℃(For the industrial products, it is above 170.0℃). It will burn when meet with naked flame, the flash point is 515~520℃. Easily soluble in acetic ether, acetone, soluble in dichloromethane, diethyl ether, some other organic solvent and alkali carbonate solution. Slightly soluble in benzene.
